People are often interested in how I build my workouts and how I workout. Below you have how my weekdays looks. Here's how I train for about 12 weeks and after that I change to more heavier exercise which means more weight training and less cardio. During bulk periods I only do cardio about one day a week.
Monday - abdominals and back
Tuesday - Cardio, HIIT, Crossfit and Boot Camp
Wednesday - Legs and Butt
Thursday - Shoulders and chest and Bodycombat
Friday - Yoga and Cardio
Saturday - Arms, back and stomach
Sunday - Cardio, HIIT, Crossfit and Boot Camp
