Jag testade Cardio Fat burn 50 minuter och sedan la jag ytterligare till 15 minuter legs and butt ifrån hennes Body Blast dvd. Jag hade min pulsmätare på mig under passen och brände 364 kcal på 70 minuter. Jag måste ändå säga att jag tycker det var ganska bra med puls i den även om de inte var så mycket kalorier brända. Men under hennes mest intensiva delar hade jag en puls på 163 vilket är helt okej för en balett träning.
Vi kan sammanfatta med att vara en ballerina är fan hard work.

My legs shaking like never before and a nerve has probably subsided wrong in my leg after all damn kickbacks. Today I tested for the first time, the famous Ballet Beautifull by Mary Helen Bowers. This lady is best known for the transformation of Natalie Portman for her role in Black Swan and that she workout with some of the Victoria's Secret models.
I tried Cardio Fat burn 50 minutes and then I added a15 minutes, legs and butt workout from her Body Blast DVD. I had my heart rate monitor on me during sessions and burned 364 calories in 70 minutes. I must say that I think it was pretty good pulse, even if they were not so much calories burned. But during her most intense parts, I had a heart rate of 163 which is perfectly okay for a ballet workout.
We can summarize that being a ballerina is damn hard work.
