Today was legs and butt on the schedule as usual. I just can not get enough. Although nowadays I should run a bit lighter weights and more reps in order to not build as much muscles. BUT I can not resist the feeling of lifting heavy and bring it! The schedule below is a real killer workouts if you want to feel the back of your thighs the day after! This is one of my favorite workouts for the lower body. Have one more for the butt! So try this and be happy!
- 4x10 deep squat Smith Machine
- 4x10 prone hamstring curls
- 4x10 reverse hyperextensions with ball
- 4x10 straight leg dead lifts
- 4x10 Sumo squtas with dumbbell
